Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
A: Yes. Currently, you can choose to pay with your credit card through our Credit Card Payment (only for Visa or MasterCard). We guarantee that any purchase you make on the website will be 100% safe. Every purchase is based on Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption technology that works with Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape, Firefox and AOL's browser, so that only the customer can read a buyer's personal information. Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Allow 3-5 business days for receipt within the United States when you order with USPS delivery service. Receipt of international orders takes 5-7 business days. As a general rule, processing time plus shipping time equals total delivery time. Processing time typically ranges from 24 hours to 2 business days. Processing time includes receiving your order, transmitting the information to the appropriate warehouse, and packing the item for shipping. After processing is complete and shipping begins, shipping time is the USPS transit time from the warehouse your shipping address.


Q: How about the shipping costs?
A: USPS Standard Ground Service charge $8 each order for U.S. orders. Allow 3-5 business days for receipt within the United States.


Q: Can I make a purchase from outside the U.S.?
A: Yes. You may purchase from an international address.


Q: Do you ship to addresses outside the U.S.?
A: Yes. We now ships orders to an expanding list of international destinations.


Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
A: No. Currently we do not accept orders with shipping address of P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO. Besides, we only ship to your confirmed address (the address on file with your credit card company, if you need to ship to an alternative address, please call your credit card company and add the alternative ship-to address to your acct).


Q: Can I get my order any sooner?
A: We don't offer next day delivery yet but we're working on it so keep checking back.


Q: Do I need to sign for the delivery?
A: Yes. A signature is required and if you're not available our courier will try a neighbor and post a card at your address to let you know.


Q: What happens if I miss my delivery?
A: Our courier will try at your neighbors and if they're available to sign we will leave it with them and post a card through your door to let you know. If our courier misses you or your neighbors they'll leave a card and try again the next working day. If they miss you again, they'll leave you another card and take the goods back to the nearest depot where they can be collected.


Q: Can I track my delivery?
A: Yes. Order tracking is available in the My Account page or we'll send you a tracking link via email when the order has been dispatched.


Q: Can I return or exchange my purchase?
A: Yes. If you are not happy with your order, we are happy to accept a return or an exchange at no cost to you. To learn more about our returns and exchanges.


Q: What is your return policy?
A: We guarantee that you will be 100% satisfied. If you are not happy with your order, we are happy to accept a return or an exchange. We have a general 30-day return/exchange policy for unworn/unused merchandise. Q: Do you do back orders?
A: No. We do not do back orders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item. Out of stock orders will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested.
